We can work with files from most document preparation systems. Our IT staff can often extract the necessary information from files supplied in formats no longer marketed and supported by the original software vendor, additional charges may apply. Clients generally e-mail soft copy but Zip disks, diskettes, CDs etc are perfectly acceptable. Hard copy of documents will be scanned to create computer files.

The latest software and high speed double sided Braille embossers are used to produce accurate and top quality Braille. Braille documents can be in Grade1 or Grade 2, English, French, German, with or without capital letter signs. All materials are checked by staff who have worked as proof readers for the Royal National Insitute of the Blind (RNIB) and National Library for the Blind (NLB) Various paper options are available including A4 or slightly larger than A4 standard Braille stock. There is also a full range of binding choices.
