Before the project...

I need a fast turnaround, can you help?  We will if we can... please give us a call.

I'm not sure of what I need? We will be happy to offer general advice with absolutely no obligation. Subsequent detailed advice in respect of the DDA or website accessibility  is chargeable.

I only need a short letter of thanks for a blind friend will you help? Small projects are no problem please give us a call.

How do I send you my computer file and in what format? We can accept most formats and media. Clients generally e-mail soft copy to us..

Will you give me a fixed price? Once the exact details of your project are specified, including factors such as binding options and paper choice, yes, a fixed price will be offered.

During a project...

The information I have provided is confidential, who will see it? Access to our computer systems and client's documents is carefully controlled to ensure levels of privacy that meet the requirements of institutions such as banks and building societies..

Can you print a cover with our corporate logo? We can print logos and other text on most of the cover page stock. If necessary a label will be applied.

After the project...

I have heard Braille is heavy and bulky will shipping be expensive? Where appropriate we will use the Royal Mail  Articles for the Blind freepost service. A small charge may be made for packaging and handling. We will arrange express shipping using carriers if preferred.

Can I order additional documents at a later date? Our Document on Demand service means only ordering the exact quantity required, we can supply additional copies as needed. (If the information is not to be archived, for example if it is confidential, it will be permanently and securely deleted from our computer systems.
